Delivery is free at Hello Lionceau.
We work with many trusted artisans and manufacturers around the world. When you place an order, it comes directly from their warehouses. This allows us to pass on the savings of free worldwide shipping to you and allows us to operate more sustainably.
Our customers can generally expect to receive their items within 10-20 business days of shipping. Lead times may vary depending on the manufacturer, but orders very rarely exceed the maximum lead time of 30 business days.
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the order date.
